Privacy Policy

How Leads Portal collects, uses, and protects personal data across our Data as a Service lead generation platform.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Leads Portal Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our Data as a Service lead generation platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). We are committed to protecting personal data and operating in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 Type II standards.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, company), business contact data from public and licensed third-party sources, and usage data (log data, device information, cookies). Lead records generated through our platform derive from firmographic, technographic, and intent signals sourced lawfully under data processing agreements.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process personal data to deliver enriched, intent-scored lead records to our clients' CRMs, to operate and improve our Services, to communicate with customers, to comply with legal obligations, and to provide analytics and reporting. Processing is based on consent, contract performance, and legitimate business interests.

5. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We share personal data only with sub-processors who process data on our behalf under written agreements incorporating GDPR Article 28 terms. Categories include cloud hosting, CRM connectors, email delivery, and analytics. We never sell personal data. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Default retention for lead records is 24 months from last activity, after which data is deleted or fully anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, contact privacy@leadsportal.io.

8. Security

We maintain SOC 2 Type II certified controls, encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), enforce role-based access with least privilege, and monitor for unauthorized access. Consent metadata travels with every record so downstream suppression and deletion requests propagate automatically.

9. Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses essential cookies for authentication and preferences, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling non-essential cookies does not affect core functionality.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our site, and the "last updated" date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
